Yes, While the product you'll receive is not the exact same product in the picture, all of our inventory is examined and inspected on arrival or before shipment. If our photos differ in color or consistency, we do our best to immediately update them to reflect the product actually we sell.
Please note that there can be inconsistencies in product color depending on the grade of mesh used when grinding our coarse material into powder. Rest assured we are doing our best to deliver consistent and quality product on each and every order.
- If you purchased your Sales account online you can view your purchase history and print receipts. As a Sales user, you can view receipts for your online individual and team license purchases, including purchases of upgrade licenses, from the Settings page of your Sales account.
Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders. To return a product,Choose the order and select return or Replace Items.Select the item you want to return, and select an option from the Reason for return menu. Choose how to process your return. If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement.
As per standard procedures of courier companies, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with our seller in case you have any concerns.
An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on account.
